HG Monaro Paint Codes

G'Day We are hoping that someone can help us with the paint codes/colours for the grey and red paint found on the HG Monaro hub caps.

G'day Gaz,
The HG's did not have red centres, HK's and T's did. I have restored a set of these for my own car using the dark grey and red. I tried to track down codes myself through the monaro club and ended up using off the shelf spray packs which worked a treat, especially the grey. If you are interested, brand is Holts Dupli Colour, Dark Grey Matallic, code: DSD38. Repco supplies.

Thanks for the info, I will take a look in the local stores on the weekend. If the HG didn't have the red centre, what did they have?

Hey Gazza,
The HG's centres are black, but not full gloss. I have machined an aluminium dolly that fits perfectly in the centres to make the job of panel beating and repairing this area a whole lot easier, I am willing to lend it to you if you wish, pm me. Good luck with the resto, it is well worth it!!
