hi guys i am a newbe on here and thought i would drop a line i have a vu ss 6 speed and i am looking at getting abit more air to the beast but with so many on the market its hard to decide what one is best , i have a twin 2.5 from the cat back and with dumpers straight out of the muffers and its still quite for me so any help you can give to make it move but all on a budget so no turbos today guys ok cheers , oh yea one more thing i filled it up and drove it from gympie to goldcoast and back and it got 8.8 lt per 100 kms with cruise control on gotta love that huh

Pod filter on otherwise standard LS1 will generally lose horsepower.
Tuned for pod or mafless tune and pod will work well.

Never had a pod filter, went straight to a OTR, loving it :xmas:

Air pods are good as long as the engine heat is no getting in the pod, then it may decrease the engines power...

just keep your pod away from engine heat...i believe the air chargers work fine if your not chasing huge numbers and are better than the stock set up. Are they the best? no. Are they better? yes.
