VX SS KW Upgrade????

Hi Guys,

My drive is a VX SS Commodore Ex-Cop car.

I would like to know what would be the cheapest way to increase my KW.

I'm also putting in a new exhaust system, any recommendations (auto trans) would the exhaust give me any increase in KW?
