Wheel Alignment

I had my back tire taken off to check for a puncture. No puncture was found, and the tire was not deflated. Do I need to do a wheel alignment? Do I need a wheel alignment every time I take a tire off my car?

Reason I ask is I've noticed more braking (friction?) and increased fuel consumption. It doesn't 'roll' as it used to (slows down a tad quicker).

No wheel alignment req.

was it put back on correctly.

Yeah I think it was... just screw on the nuts... make sure they're tight, and im off??
