VY ute seats - upgrades??

Hi all,
did a search and didnt really find the answer...
I have a stock standard VY ute which does not even have the seat adjustor on the side, you know, the up down switch thingy!! :doh:

Anyways, was wondering if anyone knows, if i buy a seat adjustor track from a VT/VU etc, will it fit my seats and will it also have the adjustor included.

Is this a pain to fit or is it pretty straight forward??

Buy a second hand seat the has the desired level of electric adjustment...

Gut it and put your foam and covers on it....

Preferably get 1 that has the same colour plastics....

the cost of the parts from holden is ridiculous....
