I think about the exhaust I read that there is some issue... not sure though.. hopefully someone else will know.

From what I was told, the lights are the same.

the newer vz model had its fuel tank relocated to accommodate the exhaust, but I see a few VT-VX around with duel exhaust so it could be possible, have a chat to your local exhaust shop.

For the exhaust, why not ask Sureflo, they are a forum sponsor, for the lights, im pretty sure if you look at them, they are slightly different, you will need a vz bumber bar to change them over, quarter panels are fine

I could be wrong though.

Not sure about the lights but i know the exhaust you need to modify your fuel tank unless you want to run your exhaust underneath the fuel tank which isnt really an option!

Light are different.... They use the GTO front lights.....

Exhaust... The fuel tank is in the way... But it leaves you with a usable boot....

It depends on how creative you want to get with the exhaust...

I would put a tip on and paint it black in the guts... who is gonna know... it sure isn't for the extra flow....

Might help, but the fuel tank goes right to the back panel pretty much on these, and you don't want to go close to it.
As for putting on a right hand tip without hooking it up, you might need to hook up a steam hose whilst it's cold, especially down south....:stick:

If you are interested in looks rather than exhaust efficiency, it is possible to get the VZ exhaust look. I have sen one VY Monaro with the pipe crossing from the LH rear very near to the rear bumper to exit on the RH side.
