I made a request to a local cam grinder and here is what they recommended:

245/248@.050, 305/308 adv , valve lift 469/474 1.6 rockers, .018 hot lash,3000-7000rpms. solid flat tappet.

Valve events :43-82
85-43

Its for a 10.1 ,347 with windsor snr's

I am not a cam expert but that seems very low lift? Is there any reason for that?

Umm..any suggestions or comments on how this will behave /perform?

A cam with that duration would normally have valve lift in the high .500 range seems like a very odd grind, especially for a solid, plus its a large duration cam for 10.1 comp.

In a stroker windsor combo with those heads i'd be more inclined to look at something like a 235/235 .530/.530, or a 248//248 .560/.560 (or similar) depending on car weight, diff ratio tyre weight and manual or auto combo
