Hi, I did a search and couldn’t find anything on this so I hope someone can help.

In August I am travelling to Sydney for my fathers 50th birthday party. He lives on 3 acres and there is some under cover parking but there will be 100’s of cars and Harleys there so it is likely I will end up having to park under some trees for a few days. I am a little worried about scratches from falling twigs, bird/beetle shit that may stain the paintwork and just wasted people in general leaning on the car etc.

I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with car covers? If so can someone suggest a brand/type that would best fit the Munro?

Done a bit of work on this subject in the past. Speak to Historic Car Covers, Narre Warren (03)97032604 (m)0412 559706. Their covers are made from a CSIRO approved material called Tyvek which is light weight, breathable, UV resistant etc. Another company, Kenco use the same material in their covers which you can get from Supercheap, Autobarn etc, but I'd try Historic, as they'll do a custom job for you-price about $185. Let us know how you go!
Cheers, Pickles.
