hi there, just out of interest in 2004 i paid 46000 for a brand new 04 plated VY2SS with leather climate window tint metalic paint and 1600kg tow pack drive away including third party insurance and rego so was this a good deal?

If before the VZ came out sounds very good, if after still good but not as good.

One very pertinent question is was it on a lease? People with lease cars often conveniently forget the GST component which they initially save up front and that makes the price look better than it really is.

Yeah but considering you can get a new 05 plate VZ HSV clubbie for 49 grand drive away, to me seems a bit pricey for a 2 year old VY SS.....

Are you sure I thought SSZ's were only a used to sell out the last of the LS1's? surley they must all be sold by now?

Best to ask these questions BEFORE you buy.
Also, to the people comparing it to new VZ's now, VZ is nearing end of runout, whereas VY2 owners have had a couple of years to enjoy their car before an all new one comes out, so two very different scenario's that shouldn't be compared....

theres 4 left here in mandurah about 45 mins south of perth. 42k drive away, they aint moving very fast. If i had the dough i would consider em :nyuk:
