Just got a price of $2100 for a set of CV8Z(18") rims and Falkens.Thinking of whacking such a set up on the Berlina(silver with HBDB body kit) as they are currently a standard 17" VY ss rim I think.

Do you guys recon these would be genuine holden rims at this price.I have my doubts. They look the goods on the companies website but what they show on the website and whats in the warehouse are often two completely different things.

THATS IT Mike!!!!!VERY NICE

You got to those rims before me you bugga.LOL

Ive found a mob in sydney town that do these rims with Nankangs for $1500!!!Not bad I thought. So I think I might be straight off to the them to get a set.Hopefully the'll take the old rims as trade on a spare of the same tyre wheel combo as the current wagon Im getting has 5 rims.

Yours is the series 2 from the looks of the front bar.Mines a series 1 unfortunately without the lights.I like your front better, but then beggars cant be choosers as the HBD's arnt that easy to get.

What suspension do you have in it Mike?

Im looking at some Bilsteins for the front as the wagon Im getting(picking up today with any luck)has FE2 and has done over 100K ks and the front shocks feel like they're about to poke through the bonnet when you hit small bumps.Had the same problem with a VT wagon with FE2 a while back as well.Time for some decent product in the shock towers I think.

Hi Mate Yeah I brought them rims late last year. there very nice.

No our's is a series 1 But I fitted the series 2 front lower grille, bezzles & driving lights. looks much better. I also put on a VZ rear number plate surround & chrome tailgate handle & VZ taillights. gave it the complete series 2 look from the outside. & inside I updated to More of a series 2 look aswell with satin chrome door handles, SS pedals & a black leather & red stitch handbrake boot, Auto shifter & steering wheel.

The suspension is just FE2 cant go any lower in it at the moment as We tow our jetski's with it & our Holiday house is a area with unmade roads & a little bit bumpy. & dont want to scrape & so when up there (only reason the mud flaps are still on to)

$1500 with tyres is very very cheap for these rims just dble check there not copies. if not grab them As that's a bargain!!! goodluck
