Hello,

A friend wants some help. She has bought a new V8 Monaro and wants to get an exhause that grumbles more & louder, plus would like to add some HP without doing any major engine mods.

Does anyone have advice on exhaust systems and mods that may be suitable?

I'm into modding motorbikes and dont know enough about the Monaro to help out. If it was a bike I'd be going with full exhaust system/air filter and new computer to tune the engine, but hey, its not a bike... Help appreciated greatly.

Check out our website, theres plenty of mods there for her monaro, though i would start with a exhaust and tune and some diff gears

As Sonny says, exhaust, tune and diff gears. An OTRCAI is also a good option which don't cost much!

Welcome Todka,

Plenty of great info in the search section. I've been using it alot lately. Sometmes you may have to go through several pages to find your answer.

I use Flowmaster mufflers and they have a great sound. Borla are popular here in the States also.
