Does anyone know what the widest wheel i can fit under the rear end of a vyII tonner. It has been lowered 2 inches. I was kinda hoping to get a 9.5 inch rim under there. Any help would be appreciated

Cheers

Feel free to ignore my advice, but LEGALLY you can only fit the OEM-spec tyres on your 1-tonne .. usually over 102 load rating. I think the OEN Bridgestones on a 'tonner are 104/106? This will GREATLY restrict the type of rim and tyre you can use ..

hmmm ive ordered 18's and tyres for mine and they r coming with 95 or so load rated tyres, currently its got 105 or so on pursuit rims. i dont load it very often and im keeping the old ones incase i need to carry a lot of weight.
So does anyone make 18" tyres 245/35/r18 (i think) with i higher load rating?

Why dont u just keep the stockies for rego if its going to be a prob and just run around on ur 18's for the rest of the time. Aslong as u dont drive like a tard and draw attention to yourself, Mr Plod aint going to know the difference.

It's the insurance companies I'd be more worried about ..
BTW: If you do a search you should find a response in here somewhere regarding "wide" 1-tonne spec tyres ..
