Just found a for sale ad for this and wondered if anyone had heard about it before? Obviously it's a pretty limited edition, only 3 built, but does anyone know if there were plans on building more?
I would imagine there'd be a few guys here falling over themselves to grab this beast... :yup:
See below for link (pictures) (Edit: can't post the link yet, not enough posts)

That's a real rice, whoops I mean nice car.
Just a Monaro that has been (badly) modded by HDT which Brock is not affiliated with btw
I'd prefer to spend $25,000.00 modding my Monaro.
Think what you could do with $25,000.00
Coilovers, Ap/Harrop 6 Piston Brakes , H/C Package, Diff Gears, Kazz and some Tastefull wheels

You can bye a CSV monaro with 375kw they stroked the 5.7L to 6.5L
Motor test drove it and said the only problem was not enough grip!
Its called Mondo GT 6.5

yeah its ok...i liked it until i saw the spoiler also the front bar is a bit ugly. But the power sounds desirable. also the specific one their looks in crappy condition..the leather seats look worn esp the drivers seat (you can see the wear and tear)...wouldnt pay 65k...rather spend it on a 2005 cv8 or get an earlier one and blow 20 k on it myself...would get better end results.

That car has no history or pedigree above that of any other privately modified Monaro with similar work done.
Consequently, in my opinion it's grossly over priced, by at least $20k. He'll never get $65k for it, maybe $40-42k is around the mark--I agree totally with 2 cylinders shy!
Cheers, Pickles.

Any post Brock HDT doesn't rate with most people. Someone will no doubt get sucked in, but it's nothing more than just another modified Monaro (but with a high price tag)....

Any HDT or Brock name is useless without the man himself. Its just fooling the stupid into paying more for nothing. In many cases you get better quality without the fake name attached. There is no TRUE HDT or Brock after he left, its just a $2 shelf company that they bought, used and abused.

Wow, that looks straight and clean.
Very nice interior restoration.
That Monaro looks bloody stupid however. Tragic really.

Well I seen this exact car fuelling at BP in AYR to day just after lunch and it look great to me except for the wing but that what the car is part of the deal you might say but it sure looked the goods.
#2 of only 3 built what's the odds of seeing it in a small town like AYR.
cheers.
