Hi Nick
Yep a set of wheels will be sold after the car is sold - which set will depend on the new owner choice of wheel.
Once she is sold either the OZ Racing or VYII R8 rims will be listed for sale. Will send you a PM when I know
Thanks for the enquiry

PRICE UPDATE
After reviewing the current VYII R8's for sale price has been reduced to 45,500 less 500 = thus LS1.com.au price of $45,000.
Great value for a series 2 R8

What tyres on each set of the rims?
Big Wig
30-07-2006, 10:51 AM
The original 19's have the Pirelli P Zero's 245x35x19
The OZ Racing rims have Falken ZE325 235x40x18
Hope that helps

Don't normally like black on black but this is hot, Are you selling just the rims?
Big Wig

Selling the car but the choice of rims will be up to the buyer - whether they want to keep the black on black look or return it to the standard look with the 19's.
After the car is sold whatever rims are left will be then sold unless the buyer wants both sets as well
Thanks for the comments - I've been amazed at the number of people who have said the same as you. Most people say notfot me until they see it and change their minds plus it really makes her stand out from other HSV!

Has a couple of nimbles on the R8 but no cigars yet so revising the price to 44,500 to generate some interest.
Willing to negotiate

Well I'm in the new job now and the company car is about to be ordered so I need to move the R8 ASAP.
As such I'm pulling off the OZ Racing wheels and putting on the original 19" Shadow Chrome wheels and revising the price.
Price now reduced to $42,500 ono which is considerably below my lease payout figure so if your in the market for a well looked after VYII R8 you won't be disappointed.
Call me on 0417 976 393 for further details

Stu, are there any marks on the rims? If no I may be interested, will get back via PM if I can get organised.

Speedy
Of the OZ Racing rims one has a very small knick from a pot hole (not gutter rash) and the wheel is still true. Its really hard to find it - besides that they're perfect.
They are made from magnesium and are very light weight
When I pull the wheels off tomorrow I'll take pics to show you - let me know your email address.
I do have someone looking at them on Sunday but I'll let you know how it goes

Well it looks as though the R8 is going to be traded in the next couple of weeks (finally found a half decent dealer that didn't srew me over).
Its a fair bit under my for sale price so if anyone is interested in a cheap R8 and your offer is above the trade price I'm sure we could do the deal of the century!

The car has been withdrawn from sale due to my accountant messing up on the payout figure (forgot to add GST!)
Sorry for the confusion guys and thanks for the enquiries
