Today i saw a weird looking VZ executive, with badge, had quad pipes, VE HSV rims (19-20") and HSV brakes! and the front fenders and front bar were VE!! it looked like some sort of test mule, im assuming it had VE HSV specs drivetrain, exhust etc! very very very dirty, sounded really awsome, had writing on teh window "VE M 112" in white writing dont know what that means but there were two of them exactly following eachother in BERWICK area!
would HSV do this? so as to not reveal any clues on how it will look??

M112 is the PWR supercharger. Maybe they are doing some testing on it....
Supercharged GTS maybe??

Might consider doind a quad exhaust system for the Zed!!!!!

They (HSV) have had wide and varying test mules over the years. eg Back in the days of VS they had a VS exec in Melbourne Taxi yellow, grey plastic bumpers but 18" Senator Rims and under the bonnet was the yet to be released LS1. The car was affectionately called the Taxi by the engineers. As a rule the HSV mules i have seen over the years have been execs with HSV rims. I have seen fully enclosed rims...dishes if you like fitted to the rims used to hide brake combinations they are testing.

I saw a pair of these in procession along Nepean Hwy Brighton this morning. Cruising along for a few k's they turned off onto North Rd heading inland towards Clayton.
Both had BIIIIIG brakes and were identical in filthy black. Wheels looked at least 19's and they were definitely VY/VZ variety.
Wonder if they were running the 6.0 with 6 spd autos??? in readiness for the E series models.

These are the two I see in Berwick everyother day. At first it appeared they had a wider track, but after closer inspection not. I've tried to establish from where they come and go from. The only logical place was Bilstein Suspension at the end of the street.
