Bit off the normal topic, but I have added an L200 to my driveway, so that I don't wreck the SS carting shit around. Unfortunately the stock carb has many parts that are NLA and I have a 350 floating around with an adaptor plate. However, it is only a 2 litre and I know that I will be overcarbing, but can it be done? I have had a few different jet & power valve sizes suggested, none of which seem to work. It is only a dump runner so I dont really want suggestions of what mods I can do to make it beat the SS, Just a bit of knowledge from some guys who know holleys in a professional manner, rather than just an occasional manner like myself.
Thanks

Hi,
try a 32/36 weber off of an escort or cortina. would be cheaper on the fuel and easy to get hold of. still need adaptor plate to fit though.
good luck,
Daniel

I fitted a 350 (list no.7448) to my 2.85L Torana and even with the smallest jets you could get, it was way too big.
