I learnt the lesson the hard way like you self. Brand new set of tyres were down to the wire in 3 weeks. Expensive exercize.

25,000km on my 19's with superlows and no sign of inside only wear says that, atleat in my case, there is no need for a camber kit... VY SV8.... and i can assure u that i dont pussy foot around :burnout:

I did the same thing, 19" Furys, new tyres....whats that ticking noise? the sound of steel treads flicking in the wheel arches. I found it amazing how much extra traction there was in a straight line once all the tyre was back on the road.

Can i ask maybe an obvious question
from the pics your tyres are worn on the very most inside edge and off the obvious wear angle which irs vehicles are renoened for
i would have to say you must give it a going all the time to get wear to that degree
i have a very heavy right foot and get around 10 000km max out of rear tyres ( no camber kit fitted ) and have never gone close to that angle of wear in one spot even on the inside edge
dont get me wrong im not having a go just would like to know how such wear as this could occur with just driving the car - no burnouts involved

hrmmm thats pretty bad :p hehehe
Mate you got series 2? maybe just see if toe links need adjusting before u go out to grab a camber kit... Your car isn't lowered too much i though :p too many skids mate, at the drags that is :p

Yes it had the toe links but still not enough adjustment in them. Now have a 4 point camber kit fitted :)

23000+klms isn't really killing tyres, I'd say thats pretty good to get out of a set of low profile 19s on a lowered car with IRS....camber kit wouldn't exactly double the k's!

Quoted $450, booked it in, waited 6hrs and then got a bill for $770... ouch... Not impressed but it took a lot longer than planned. Everything in the rear gets removed (diff, suspension, cradle etc then everything is re-aligned). Some do it on the car but its a lot harder.

Thats actually very linear wear. By flipping the tyre you would still get alot of life out of the tyres.

Considering the amount of power the barge had, the weight and taking into account the condition of that tyre, Id say you were very lucky to not come unstuck.
