Hi everyone,
I decided to serviced my car (VX Lumina series 2) myself yesterday and did so successfully. The 50,000 km service note is flashing on the digital display in the instrument cluster when start and shut down the car, just wanted to know how do I go about removing this from the digital display without going to a Holden dealer.
Thanks.

ignition off, hold up and down buttons together, turn ign on, wait till it beeps approx 3 sec, release buttons, and press mode button, then hold both up and down buttons again, till it beeps again approx 3 sec, then turn ign off.

Mate how fortuitous was this post?! About half way to Ceduna the 80000 service reminder came on in the Statie...after you had serviced it of course, and I've been trying to get rid of it ever since. Good post, except I found in mine you hold the "SET" button for about 3 secs to reset it rather than the "MODE" button...glad to see the back of that little car and spanner!
