Hi all as the subject says I finally got the baby up and running and it was tuned Thursday / friday last week. I had been working on it in a rush to get it to the workshop before I went on Hols to Tassie and didn't have time to post about it while it was a work in progress ....... The story so far...
Basically its a cobbled together Vortech sq2 kit running 9psi with a huge front mount cooler with 3in piping,4in intake,avo blow off valve, full fuel system with surge tank and 42 lb injectors. The car is an A4 by the way.
Car was dropped in on time to F1 performance for a final fitout ie fuel system,valve springs,oil line from the sump and a 2bar tune,but unfortunatley with some minor but annoying delays ie..oil pump replacement, surge tank would not fit, yadda yadda yadda... car took alot longer.
The car hit the rollers first untuned run was at 329rwkw!!!!:eyes: After some fiddling next run 360rwkw. It got as high as 370 but final figure ran in at a smidge under 360rwkw. Car is sensational to drive as under boost it drives normal as if nothing was changed but harrass it and it really throws out some snot.
Currently I have not changed the gear ratios although I purchased 3.73 to put into it but at the moment it hazes the tyres with standard gearing :nyuk: so I dont know what ratio to run.
I need to thank a few people who made this possible given the last few months on a personal level were not great,
My Brother Jeff with out his help and sometimes calming advice this project may never have gotten off the ground.

Finally my partner Lil:love2: - She listened and pretended to know what I was talking about even though she had no clue, putting up with the late nights and the waiting around she stood behind me 100%.
