VZ valve springs

I am lead to believe there is problem with some late VY II and early VZ LS1 valve springs, in that there was a couple of bad batches fitted. I had my car on a dyno and the operator has shown me on the graph where the springs have begun to play up. Is this so?

Not so much a manufacturing fault, and certainlynot limitedtoVY and VZmodels. Smae springs usedright throughout the LS1 range. Some springs are better than others however.
If your staying with the stock camshaft then a set of Comp Cam 915's would be perfect.
