Hey,
Just wondering if anybody out there is running an LS1 on LPG? How many K's do you get to a tank and what is the performance like?

Why is everyone asking about LPG for V8 Commodres?
If fuel is too expensive, buy a 4 cylinder. V8's have never been portrayed
as being economical. Manufacturers always test the lightest, smallest car.:doh:

Why do people say this sort of crap? The guy obviously wants a V8 but is curious as to wether LP will save him some money. Not really too hard to understand thats is it.....? He wont buy a 4 cylinder because he wants a V8!

No one is questioning the LS1's economy, some people dont earn $1000 a week and cant be ****ed spending $300 on petrol if they have to travel ridiculous kays for work etc.

I used around 200-250 litres per week gas in my work car and on top of that i have my Clubby and other toys, work out how much of your pay cheuqe that would cost you to run then make crap comments to people who dont want to burn their money at about $20 per 100 kays.

Maybe he tows a 2 ton boat that a camry wont but an LS1 on gas will maybe he doesnt deal drugs or rort centrelink maybe not every is as special as you.




SEARCHING IS GOOD..........a few LPG posts around at the moment.

I wasn't necessarily making a comment to the first post but if you are curious about LPG then you are looking to save money on fuel bills - thats it! Towing has nothing to do with it. I'm not saying the guy should sell and buy a 4 cylinder but surely when you buy a v8 your'e going to compromise economy. What the hell does dealing drugs or ripping off centrelink got to do with it?????
