Check Engine Alarm..New Induction?

Hi guys, any of you had the check engine alarm going off after fitting new induction sytems i just fitted a K&N Aircharger pod, re-checked all wires
all looks good, was careful with maf while installing, cars going heaps better
they kick out a nice induction growl too....

From memory - too much oil on the filter can sometimes contaminate the maf wires causing issues.

Is there anything i can safely clean the MAF wiring with,contact electrical cleaner ect?? and does anyone know if installing a new induction can affect warranty??
