itll go ok , be better with the 5 litre,be awesome with a ls1.

Wasnt the VN originally intended to have the RB30 in it but that fell through after somethign happened with the value of the Aussie $$$ opposed to the Yen??

Not a bad buy for $7500 . . has a lot of potential even though it isn't an 8.

Yep Holden had development mules with both the RB and the Buick engines - apparently the RB was going to be bumped out to 3.3L? for VN.

apparently the RB30 and gearbox was worth more than the remainder of the VL by the end of the model run due to excahnge rates changing

as for the carsales ad - nice project but starting off with an RB25 would be a lot better than the RB20

Agreed on it being sumfin diff, i dont mind it hey maybe cus i love my vn's though..... not bad for the money either
