Should be ok, with some modifications you will need to put the maf back on there though unless you get it tuned without it, will definatly sound nice when you open her up, the growl on my SS is loud as a mofo when i give it a squirt-(same setup K&N Pod), plus the added airflow is a win win, also make sure you get the heatsheild set up nice...

The Picture of that setup does have a maf pictured so shouldn't have any problem fitting it and no need for modification?

the air charger is built for ls1's - you may have trouble fitting it to a 6 because the maf pipe has bends etc - mind you if you could nab one for a trial fit, it would help.

I realise there he already has a maf, i was saying he will have to reinstall
it on the new setup and yes he probably will have to modify the end of the maf tube to fit the pod filter in depending on what size differance the original tube is to the k&n maf tube, couple of hoseclamps and some rubber pipe should be ok!!!

hmmm sounds good so far. ill just need to do a bit of modifying to fit i guess. btw, wat exactly is a maf?
also, does anyone have a picture of it installed on their car?
I was thinking i could put the tube on backwards then connect it to the existing tube too.
something like this:
