I have a problem with the rear left side exhaust hitting the bottom of the car when going over bumps doesn't happen all the time though very rarely depending on the bump,

I also get some sort of a vibration drummy sound coming from the middle and occasional front right of the car when going over something like the reflector dividers on the rd, car has been to holden no kidding 18 times so far and they cannot find the problem had the problems since driving out of the show room.

has anyone had any similar issues or sounds any ideas?

im so upset that im ready to upgrade the exhaust and change all shocks a costly process to have something repaired car has 11000k
yes i wont to upgrade the exhaust but would like all issues dealt with before upgrading. just in case holden turn around and say your upgrades caused the problem..

Holden cant find the problem and make it sound like im the crazy one, may have to try sonny i have spoken to him a regarding a defillipo system pending holden repairing an ongoing problem that cannot be resolved:hmmm:

the knocking from the left rear may be the same issue i had when i picked up my ZED.

Turned out to be the inner guard on the rear wheel.....something in there was loose and after bolting down the guard better it solved the noise!

As for the other sound, i feel your pain and frustration! Ive been trying to solve many buzzes squeaks and rattles from my car too......and ive actually gone down the path of changing shocks (to make it better), changing window seals, window regulators and stuffing foam between plastic trim pieces......still have a few rattles/buzzes that im yet to find!

So overall im very very dissapointed with the quality of the car..........but i still love the car itself!

Keep at it and dont let it beat u!

So far the z'ed is perfect, minor wheel scuff while doging a taxi that ran a red, small paint chip where I closed the tilt-a-door on the boot.

Glad I adjusted the torque setting on the tilt-a-door or I could have had a lot more dammage then just a paint chip.
