i got my car booked in for a mafless tune next month from you guys.

and just wanted to know is it worth doing the roller rockers aswell?
what sort of difference will they make over the stockers?

would you do them with valve springs aswell??

G'day Adrian, good to see you're giving the beast some modification attention.

Knowing that you've asked this of APS (and always wanting to put in my 2c), I'd leave the rockers alone, do the valve springs and you may be able to look at a cam with the money that you'd save. From what I've heard, the stock rockers are fairly good, so spend the $$$ on a lumpy stick and release heaps more ponies.

ditto that.

Your better off getting a good cam with good lift and it will pretty much elimante the need for the rockers. :)

dont plan on doing cam anytime soon.

of course it will happen sooner then i probably think... :yup:

cos im getting the mafless tune done, obviously getting a cam would require a retune.

Would i have to pay the full amount for a retune or can it be modified to suit the cam?


what sort of cam should i look at? dont want to go to the extreme, what sorta money roughly do they set you back?

Most likely modified but speak to your tuner. It is realy a case by case basis.

Heaps of info on here about cams. Do some searching. Im sure you will find your answer. :)
