Can't post in classifieds

How come I can make a thread here, but not in the classifieds section?
I am wanting to advertise some rims, that I want to sell

In order to post in the Classifieds section, you must have 10 posts or more in one of the tech forums. You currently have 9.

Classifieds posts are also moderated before they appear.
