Basic rules:

All drivers must be over 18 years of age, if not they must be acccompanied by a Parent or Guardian.

Minimum personal protective equipment required for competitors:
Drivers – long trousers, long sleeve shirt or jacket, enclosed shoes and an approved crash helmet;
Motorcycle riders – long pants, motorcycle approved jacket, gloves, boots and an approved crash helmet.

Grounds for disqualification:

Removing your helmet before you have left the racing surface and braking area.
Using a mobile phone while on the racing surface, braking area or return road.
Carrying a mobile phone in the vehicle to be raced is prohibited.
Failing to observe established speed limits within the venue. A speed limit of 30 kmh is to be observed on the return road and a limit of 40 kmh is to be observed in all other areas within the venue.

Please note:
Smoking is not permitted in the staging lanes or anywhere near the start line area.
Open shoes (eg. thongs and sandals) and sleeveless tops are not permitted on or near the start line area.

Heathcote Park Raceway has a strict
NO Glassware
NO Alcohol
NO Drugs
NO Animals, Policy
Food and refreshments including Alcohol available at the track.
The Pit area is a Dry area at all times.

Ultimate Drag Challenge CANCELED Sat 17th May

Well just letting you all know had a call from heathcote Park Raceway due to health problems we will not be running this day, But I did ask if we can run it at a later day and he said yes if all goes well with hes health.
So hope all goes well for Russell and Joanne with all thats going on at the moment in there life's,,,,,

I have to add to this over the many years I have been racing at race tracks in vic have to say always had the best times at Heathcote.

Also I would like to thank all the sponsors for there supporting Ultimate Drag Challenge 6 which was going to be our biggest event by far to date.
With out the sponsors you don't get all the extra $$$$ and prizes at your normal drag days so thats why we always went out of our way to add all the goodies we can get to make our Drag days easy and fun to race.

Also many thanks to all who help out at our drag days .

I am sorry to have to end this drag day but thats life...
