View Full Version : Blown Maloo
We recently finished fitting a Harrop intercooled blower kit to an LS2 Maloo. With the ease of fitting these kits, it's a credit to the R&D staff at Harrop Engineering. Bean Man and Graham did a great job. We complemented the engine with Harrop's 4into1 shorty header, opened cats(in the factory postion) and a duel 3" Difillippo cat back system. Driving through a stock auto/convertor, the LS2 had plenty of torque. With a conservative(maf) tune she spun the rollers at 328rwkw. When we finish the OTRCAI for Harrop blowers, a 2 bar tune will be appropriate. Thanks again to Ken and Damien from Harrop and Darren from D/Fillippo for great products. Cheers Chev

Yeah Rich. Its a tradies ute. He loves the instant torque with the blower. Had bad axle tramp but he had some Bilstein rear shocks fitted and has nearly eliminated all tramp worries. The boat went well. And no I can't dyno boats at the workshop:lol: I take them up to the water sports centre for a blat on the liquid
