The candidate we are looking for, as well as being an experienced service advisor, is preferably a qualified Mechanic. Your strengths lie in the areas of customer service and selling.
Preferably you will possess the following attributes:
Work well under pressure,
Handle difficult situations with diplomacy,
Able to manage time effectively,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Ability to assess a customer’s needs and wants and sell accordingly,
Computer literate.
