I will be in Melbourne shortly for a week or so and was planning on hiring an E series GTS off these guys for a nice drive down the great ocean road with the mrs. Has anyone used these guys or know of anyone that I can hire something like this for a day or two, even something like an old convertible mustang or something.
these are the guys I was looking at
http://www.supercarrentals.com.au/
please post up any experiences with them good or bad.
Cheers
Brad

Not used them, but rented a GTO from http://monarent.com.au/, very happy with them.

Havent used them, but they do run drive days where you get to drive a 355, lambo, 911, Z4 and maserati for around 1 hr each through the country.
Used to work just down the road from them, the lambo and 355 were hardly ever there.

FYI the GOR is 80k the whole way now
Maybe a convertible like an MX5 would be more use

Monarent and http://www.supercarrentals.com.au/ are the same mob. A guy i known hired a cv8z from them a couple of weeks ago. He had no problems and he has hired their cars a couple of times.

sweet thanks, any idea what the non-drivers are worth? another company i enquired to wanted 2/3 of that just for them to sit there, which i thought was a little excessive, and i cant not take the missus...she'd kill me :girl:
