Talk to Nick from NVU. He has new bumpers at very good prices.

There is a mob in Dandenong who repair bumper bars. Look in the Yellow Pages and you should find them.
Or, you could try E-bay, there are several on sale there at various times.
And yes, I know that the price off GM is RIDICULOUS. The last time I checked the price for a Senator front bar due to the damage caused by the original owner - $1500 unpainted - I nearly fell over. Suffice it to say that I had to get a little creative with bolts and some steel bar - for now - to repair it.
Good luck with it,
Macca

I know of a Shepp local who can and does plastic weld and repairs bumpers, if its not beyond repair. He is also a panel beater and spray painter. I watched him painting a mates car only last night and he knows what he's doing.
Pm me for more details.
