odo/speedo calibration: where in perth

i know this has been covered but i cant find a name of someone in perth who can do it.
ive got new wheels and tyres and 2 miss the strut the tyres were undersized, does anyone know who in perth can calibrate my odo/speedo (cheep and quick if possible)
