and i gotta say that the sound alone is totally different now sounds great.
I havent done the two hole mod yet just got one tube into the monaro shroud and the other hole in my airbox just faces the shroud. Will do the other hole in the shroud tommorrow.
Seems like it goes a little better as well:yahoo:
Pain to take the lower snorkel out tho so i undid the headlight to give more room and it came out alright after a bit of twisting.
One question tho will it benfit me to put another tube/duct in the shroud or is just the open hole in the airbox cool.
Cheers
Daniel
PS Just got outbid on some GTS headers :cussing: so im after some 2nd hand HSV one's if anyone's got any.

cut another hole in ur airbox. pretty self explanitary.
I've read that the OTR Induction kits are better, why not go for one of them?

It depends upon what he wants to do with the car. OTR intakes are better for drag racing, but on a mostly-street driven car wouldn't make much difference.

put the hole where ever u want. it would be most ideal in next to the first hole as the air coming from beind the headlight whilst driving is forced straight into it. it doesnt connect to anything. some ppl like to put a tube in the hole to make it look a bit nicer. pretty much all it does is sit there, and halve the restriction placed on the engine by the air box.

Really good info there, wish I had that info to go off when I was doing it to my car.

OTRCAI kits are better but cost around $500 this mod only costs under $30
