Hi All,

Well I am sitting here in the Middle East with my VE GTS sitting in the garage and wondering what I can do to my car on my return back to Australia. What I would like to know from you guys is what I can do to get a better sound out of the car. I am not necessarilly looking for more power I think I have more than enough for me to handle, but if it happen it happens. I am not so mechanically minded so I sit here reading all the threads taking in info.

Question 1. What can I do to get a better sound ou of the car that wont void the waranty,
Question 2. Is it worth putting cold air induction into the car and what are the advantages.

Thanks in Advance everyone

OK,

Guys thanks a lot for the info, I have been working today and had a little downtime. I have thought of one thing I would like to do. I think the under bonnet (not engine) looks a little ugly in the VE, What I would like to do as I am not mechanically minded I would like to get the under bonnet tidied up and everything hidden so it looks immaculate. Hide cables, make the hoses look nice and so on. Who in Sydney or Newcastle can do that ??

Now comes the nitty gritty, What would what you have spoken about cost and what do you believe the under bonnet work I want to have done cost.

Thankyou In Advance
Dave

I don't think many places would want to do that work, but I'd check with Sonny at Marranos. That's one of the many things he is great at when building cars, running cables in the right places etc, making it look nice. I'm sure he could hide cables etc if that's what you really want to do.

Check out the thread on NickS coupe4 for an example of the workmanship.
