A certain pop-up

This has only just recently started, every now and then I get a pop-up at top of screen saying "this site requires activeX control "adobe flash player" WTF?!?! and yes I have my pop-up blocker on, and I don't have ls1 in my websites to allow for pop-ups in the settings, what's the problem?

more than likely ur windows has been upgrade to service pack 2 via windows updates. this has a new security center which cracks down on threats via active X. i.e flash animations (sponosor banners). u can usually turn it off via Internet explorers options.
