For sale on City Auction Group's website:

2006 Holden Commodore VE SS Red 6 Speed Manual Sedan
13000 Ks.

I hope it's a company hack being offloaded and not someone's pride and joy because they couldn't afford the payments...

Cheers
LT.

A significant discount, id say.

Thats the prob with holdens, by the time you drive out of the showroom its de-valued by $5K.

Well, i just hope i can afford the ssv a year down the track.

by the way, any comments on the stock sound system that comes with the ssv? is the stocker 10" woofer any good?

Maybe it had a big smash, has been fixed and the owner just wants to get rid of it now that its a big repair.
I'd be very sus of the car.

If its gone to auction, wouldnt it likely mean its been reposesed?

Maybe it was a company car, and the position is now redundant, maybe they won tatts and have a Ferrari now....Maybe he got caught by the missus and is getting a divorce....who knows....who cares.?

You can put a car into the auction privately. Some auctions are specifically for repo's.

You won't pick that one up cheap :diddy: ....Had a gander at it whilst on work duties this morning…flanked by an 05 GTO and 05 Monaro….

Seems every dealer auction house in Brissy now has one of these on the front line....and each and every one is Red :bravo:

Yeh I have heard the sound system in the ssv. AWESOME is all i can say. There should be no need to upgrade it at all i reckon, and i own a ss with a full $2300 alpine sound system with twin 12" woofers and 2 amps so i have a good comparison.

13000 kays is quite high and an extra-ordinary amount to clock up since July (5 months at most??) when you consider 20 000 kays is the 12 month average.

some companies get rid of cars at 10 000 kays, mums company used to do that, they had VZ SV6's at auction after only 4 months of the SV6 being on sale, and 10 000 odd kays on the clock. Last year alone we had 4 different SV6es, same colour, same model, but 4 different because every 10 000 or thereabouts they were sold off. Mums company also had that with their VZ SS - lasted 3 months before it did its 10 000 kays, and a Calais which lasted 6 months.

theres many possibilities, smashed and repaired, company car, problematic, couldnt afford finance / repo'd :toetap:
