I've found a helpful tip when writing, well, anything really, is that when I have a question, I put this cool little thing called a Question Mark at the end of it, and not a commer.

It looks like this: ?

It's good, because at the end of a sentance like: what the deal here,, it would give the impression that you wanted an answer, and weren't just spouting angry abuse.

Another Helpful tip could be to use real words, and make propper sentances.

E.g: what the deal here,, could become What's the deal here? (Note the use of the magical question mark)

Lastly, the Help sections are good for most questions relating to how the forum actually works, and is moderated. It'll even give you pointers along the lines of calling the moderator's stupid is not a smart thing to do.
