Hi All,

Just a note to let you know, if you have had a Pedders IRS camber kit installed in the last 12-18 Months, Pedders have discovered a faulty batch built around that time.

Pedders will honour the 2 year warranty and will replace both or either inner or outer L&R bush kits for free inc. labour.

i recently had a RWC done on my car, it failed coz of work bush (14 mths old), Pedders replaced the lot, nil charge.

Would be worth getting your kit checked next time your car is in for a service and up on the hoist.

you'll need your original invoice though :-)

Sweet, we get 3 years/ 36k miles Pedder's warranty in the states. Don't worry though, you guys with the Holdens got a bunch of juicy bits from the factory that didn't come in my GTO.

I did meet one guy here in California that had one of his Pedder's rear camber eccentric bushes float. They had been originally installed at the 6 o'clock position (for maximum camber change towards positive camber), the one on the left worked or floated or drifted around the clock a little. I asked him how he could tell (what with me being a moron and all). He said under hard braking the rear of the car wobbled, sort of like a boat crossing a swell diagonally instead of straight on; he was making hand motions like the rear of the car would settle on one side, then raise back up and settle on the other side.

Just FWIW. He did get both rear camber eccentrics replaced in warranty at zero out of pocket expense. No idea if Pedders Australia is replacing pairs when one floats. My take is the US dealers would rather replace both bushings the first time and only be out the labor time once.
