On a different note, I was always fairly neutral on Bev Brock, didnt know much about her and had little opinion either way. That was until she started lately with the accusations about marital abuse and Brocky's aledged mistreatment of her. I was dumbfounded when, in an interview shortly after his passing, she commented on the impact his career had on his family life. What a selfish and insensitive thing to say, and what bad timing.

None of us knows the intimate details of their relationship and I dont much want to either. Fans and admirers would prefer to remember Brock for his sensational driving ability, his top bloke attitude and his admiration for his fans. The man was a legend and an absolute icon of Australian Motorsport and Commodores in general.

you will find that it wasn't bev making the accusations of abuse, but Michelle Downes.

I think you will find it was his first wife carrying on like a pork chop. Bev in the recent interview last week defended Peter and basically told his first wife that she was in poor taste.

You probably dont know her at all yet you judge her when all she said that sharing PB with his career and fans impacted on the family - Shes just Honest IMHO. As for the abusive husband that was the first wife not Bev and her interview last week was amazing when both sat side by side.

I totally agree its between his family its just a pity his family gets kicked out of the brock home - pretty sad and he appears to have a few dark secrets - remember Brocky said there wasnt another women when it all first happened.
