Have recently fitted Pacemaker 1"7/8 4:1 with ss cats and duel 3" XForce cat back system to the clubby. Heaps deeper note than the Remus and absolutely no drone. Will be touching up the tune (lean) 2bar over xmas. Will get JT to post some pics:hide:

Thanks JT. Shite the digital camera really shows how the undercarrage needs a little detail:D Waiting on the otrcai to be finished to match up to the Harrop blower before I will finish the tune. Should be late january

Chev thats a good looking system.
One question though, is that merge section too small. It does "look" very restricted in the photos?

Not real sure. After a work out on the rollers, put up on hoist and no heat discolour in the merge. So I asume that the flow through the merge is unresrictive.

There was a similar 3" dual system for sale on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140026694648) for $700 if that helps.

The system doesn't hang that much lower than my previous Remus. If you take into consideration the larger pipe diameter its not that much lower. I drive over speed humps and it doesn't scrape

not very familiar with the underside of a car, but is it possible to design a system that doesnt dip under it? or it must?

Beast, due to the nature of the IRS,you couldn't put the pipes over the top

Garry, do you think its deeper sounding because of the new headers and cats? What headers and cats were you using? The stock 4-1 1.75 VY2 HSV's (thats a mouthfull)

Correct. The standard headers and cats that were on the clubby from new. I had a Remus Race system on her before. The one with no middle mufflers only rear one

Niiiice, same cats we had fitted to my mates Calais, only he has paci tri's and a 2.5" redback bum on it. Why the 4-1 not tri's? no doubt this will see some big numbers, any idea on gain just from exhaust change?

Trav the reason for the 4:1 was for future blower/engine work to get the most out of the small block. I guess i'm a bit old school as well:woot:

Fair enough then, they look damn good. Can't wait to here it. Did you have to weld the cats the the ineer and outer pipes yourself or did they come already to bolt on?

Comeon Trav. We are welders, fabricators, technicians, mechanics ect ect:lmao: Yes we did weld the pipes up. You don't buy them ready to bolt up. A bag of bends and a good welder(not me) sure gets the job done.
