Its extremely hard to sit and type this. Its so hard to believe he has gone. I guess there is no good age to die, but in your 20's just seems so wrong and hard to get my head around. Such a sad, sad day for us all. Al was one of the most loyal people you would ever find and a genuine good bloke to his friends, always there to lend a hand. We shared many good times, long nights at the workshop and many parts over the years.

You will be sadly missed our friend but will never be forgotten

R.I.P JUSTRI

Our condolences and prayers to his family

Darren, Sam and the team

OMG !! he was in Sam's worshop with us a few weeks ago having a good laugh with us.

Al ran one of the Sam's first 8 throttlebodies on his Black Monaro, with the JUSTRI rego plates. Set the scene for many to come.

Al successfully ran his own business and was on hell of a nice guy, muscly bugger too. Was always approachable and well spoken. A tagic loss of a friend.

He will be sadly missed

I can't believe it Charlie... :(

Al was the bloke who convinced me to get an LS1 waaaaay back when the Series II VT first came out and we had a chat at the old E.C track when his old SS was running 13.2...

As others have said, Al was a great bloke, super friendly and always with a smile on his face. Working together with Charlie Al was one of the pioneers of the early LS1 scene in Sydney. Been a long while since i saw you mate but R.I.P...

I don't know the guy but it's always sad to see someone so young pass away. My condolences to his family and friends.

From what I've read he'll be missed by a lot of people here and has contributed a lot. Maybe there should be a cruise to celebrate his contribution to ls1 and to show that he'll be missed?

Allen Hailey's funeral was today.

The hearse arrived followed a guard of honour from the Nomads. The noise of 6 Harleys arriving with him was a nice touch.

Bobby Hailey has asked to pass on his sincere thanks to all of the members on here that have posted their condolences. They have all been well received.

It is a sad day when we lose a friend.

Allen will be sadly missed by all of us.
