Adding Itrader ratings for someone?

How do i do this?

I've tried clicking on someone's username and it says i dont have access to view anything (im assuming i have to go to their profile and there will be an option there??), and i cant seem to find an area to do so in the itrader section

In the thread that the deal was done click on the users actual RATING, same goes for the iTrader area when you list the Sellers you click on their RATING not their username. There is then a link on the users iTrader page to leave feedback.

It is the url of the thread where the transaction took place either buying or selling.
