Hey, My lil brothers BLACK VU ute was stolen this morning 1.30am in Langford WA. (Near Cannington/Kenwick area) The theives broke into his house stole his keys and wallet along with his girlfreinds keys and wallet then stole his car.
It was found at 3.00am this morning just opposite the Kenwick Link Bridge,
burnt to a crisp. His girlfriends keys are still missing but she found her wallet in a bin near where the car was dumped - no money of course.
As you can all imagine he is devistated (well we all are) it was a 6cyl but had a SS body kit, SSZ hard cover, NOS, Exhaust, Engine Work and stereo and DVD player. He has lost his pride and joy.
These theives are cunning and we warn you all too keep everything locked and your keys close to you at all times.
I hope these mongrels rot in hell.
If anyone knows anything at all please let me know.

Not good to hear about the burnt out car...
The problems is the thieves will more than likely have a baseball bat or something similar and if you don't give them the keys they'll beat the crap out of you. Have heard of this happening.
Insurance is the only way to go and saving your health. Also one of those fuel cut out set ups that let them get 1km down the road only...

Thats $hit house man. I dunno why they would be so cruel to burn the car.... or even break into someones house in the first place. And yeah, if they're willing to break in steal keys, take a car, and then torch it, you prob wouldn't want to be in there way. Simillar thing happened to my bro's ute, guys broke in through the hard cover, and stole his uninsured 5k drum kit. He saw it happen, but was only with his g/f and could do nothing but wait for the cops, who were too late.

BOSS, that sucks ass mate :cussing: good ol langford.....
was it actually burnt on the link ? near the lights ? pretty game as she gets quite busy and would have had a few witnesses even at 1.30am
bc
EDIT. generally some stupid theives make boosts and bail out on them not far from home, tell you bro to keep an ear out for any 'bragging'.

THats BULL**(** Sorry to hear about it ... really am...
Said it once and will say it agian..
Have your own security system on the car,
ie: hidden keypad, fuel cut off switch, pager system,
So even if they get the keys, they cant get very far,
Or have nice big Dogs, they worked will with protecting my R1, when some fools jumped the fence to see where it was kept, saw it was inside the house, with the two dogs sitting next to it.. Thats enough of a deteriant.. Its a shame we cant tie our dogs to the cars in the carparks :)

Yea its heart breaking - was found just opposite the Kenwick link Bridge in some park - I'm not familar with that area. He was staying at his girlfriends house. I just can't believe some prick would break in, steel it then burn it.
we'll get those mongrels and i'm gunna burn them

Maybe the thieves got caught by some asians on motorbikes who shot at it with automatic pistols and the NOS exploded.
Seriously though, sounds like the pricks didnt want to walk home, so stole your brothers car thinking it was a v8 and were more then disapointed with the power.

Yea it was DENNI's and he is shattered at you can all imagine.
We can't believe some mongrel would do this. Break into your house, steel your car, do burnouts in it and then burn it, and not even steel anything outta the car - why? They gotta be on drugs or something.
We'll catch them and i'm gunna burn them.

As much as a kick in the guts having your car stolen is, I'd be far more worried about the unknowns who came into the house.
I look at this way, Cars can be replaced. But the "emotional scarring" that could have be done to his GF had the thieves done her & the house over far out lives the pain of a stolen car.
Also, I would have been a bit worried about mentioning the nos installation, ya never know with insurance companies.

it's been over 12 months and he is still burdened and stressed over it. ffs, by all means be :vpo: at the time and for a period after. BUT it is a car. It is something easily replaced. It wasn't someone being injured, or even worse someone being killed. If he is like this after losing a car, I hope to christ he never has to deal with a real tragedy.

that really sucks mate. My old mans ute got stolen once from his driveway. He was home and they broke in down stairs by breaking the window where the security sticker was so it wasnt so loud, they stole his keys and took the ute. Luckily we found it three days latr parked in Freo locked and everything, only thing stolen were the CDs plus they had done some burnouts etc which meant new tires.
Then not that long ago my mates house got broken into and they stole his two brothers keys and his old mans keys as well as a plasma and a few other things. Whats scary is all of their keys where in their rooms!!! So they stole an 06 liberty, R33 GTS-T, and a 1999 540i, only car they didnt steal was my mates VY SS ute he thinks cos him and his girlfriend were in his room and the keys where next to his bed on the opposite side to the door. The cars were then caned around, the BMW was used to ram the gates at 5 star yamaha where they stole some bikes, then all the cars were dumped and were recovered the next day... some people deserve to have all their limbs cut off IMO, they are just a waste of oxygen... :flipoff:
