has anyone got any pics of a WH statesman dash facia installed into a vt/x without climate control and does anything need modifying to make it fit?

We did that mod to QIKMIKs car.

The only issues we ran into were:-

1. the new fascia butted up very firmly against the outer edges of the standard non-Maestro head unit - Statesman head unit isn't quite as wide by a few mm

2. We had to trim the end of the "handle" on the air mode dial to stop it hitting against the fascia

Mick has since installed a single DIN head unit as you can see in the pics
