Tracking HSV builds?

Hi guys,

Question for HSV owners -

I was wondering if you have the build number of your HSV, can you track it's progress at HSV? Can you find out when it's left their plant at Clayton and is on it's way to the dealership?

I'm trying to get a firm ETA on mine, and the dealer hasn't been that forthcoming in information...

If you have a build number it can't be too far away. It can be hard sometimes to get 100% day of delivery as dealers are relying on transport companies to pick the cars up. Dealer will know if car has left HSV by calling the transport company.

Ring hsv, thats how i tracked my VZ, they will tell you where its at.

It won`t be far away if you have a build no. My car was built on the 17th Jan 07 and the HSV build was 1st Feb 07 with del.date on the 8th of Feb. I hope this gives you some idea.......Cheers John

stealthy I ordered mine melb cup day, at colin watson traralgon, was promised 17th dec, got it on 16th, but all I did was go there & asked were my car was. they punched in build number in computer, told me every time exactly were car was,also told me from the day it arrived at hsv it will be 2 weeks until delivery to car yard, they were 1 day early. mine has leather so took a bit longer. but yeh any time I wanted to know they look on computer and there it was, hope this helps you
