You need to know that the current draw and power consumption of these units is very high. They run all the time, they are ok to use in the car when driving but will quickly flatten a battery when stopped.
I would recommend a good Engel 2-way fridge for this role.

I've got one, a 32 litre waeco thermo-electric that I used to use in the truck before I got my 40 litre engel fridge.
It served it's purpose well, I would plug it in on monday morning in the truck and it would stay plugged in until friday night, once it gets down to temp it turns itself on and off as required, and it gets cold, so cold sometimes that it's painful to hold a can of coke that's been in it. It did struggle a little bit in the warmer weather, which is why I got the proper fridge instead, but for the price/use ratio, it can't be beat. :D

any thermo-cooler is only good to keep sandwiches in thats about all.. they need to be perm. powered, most draw about 3-4 amps.. continuous.. hence my hand me down 44L waeco doesnt get used much. go for a compressor fridge, so much better option..
