Bright Yellow SS

A local holden dealer a few weeks back had a bright yellow ss for sale,was heaps keen in it due to the fact it was yellow
Anyone know about this car or any more of them,was it a one off?

it was a sedan,it was a year old or something along those lines.
Sorry not up to speed on the models just yet
Only had 8000ks on it.

I thought Devil became a colour option on the MY06 VZ SS, although that might have only been for the ute.

A dealer from Albion Park (NSW) had it for sale, it was the only one to come out of the factory in bright yellow.
It's a VZ SS Sedan and somebody in Nowra bought it, I have driven past it twice in the past 2 weeks, in the flesh it is very close to the ford "toxic" colour without the green tinge.
Next time I see it I will try and snap a pic with my camera phone.
First time I seen it was in Unique Cars I believe.

Not in that colour they didn't, It's definitely a one off.
Certainly grabbed my attention the first time I saw it.

could it be the colour Kaos Yellow, there use to be a link for it onto carsales.com but its been deleted, it basicallly looked like devil yellow, but was a tad brighter and had a hint of metalic in it. could also have been crunch yellow. do a search on this forum to see if it is

yeah I seen the thread with the "crunch" coloured car (VZ SS I think), it's a lot different to that.
And it was advertised as the one and only built in that colour from the factory.

Until I get a pic, the best description is a fluro yellow hi-lighter lid.
Exact same colour as that...........

hate to tell you guys but its not a one off. we had 2 go through fowlers auction group 3 weeks ago. they were vz ss in devil yellow. they were unmarked hwy patrol cars. one was sold to ballan holden in werribee where it is sitting on the lot to be sold.

It is not Devil Yellow on this particular holden that was in Unique Cars, it is more fluro looking. It is called "Kaos Yellow"

I know what devil yellow looks like and it isn't devil yellow.

I found the Unique Cars mag that had it advertised and it is Kaos Yellow....you were right TeamKiwi.
It had 8,000k's, POA and the only one ever built in that colour.

in regards to the devil yellow vz ss there were only 20 painted for the vic police under a SMART program( road awareness ) type in smart zvzss on your search and it will give all details

the cops are still using them in vic they look good until you are picked up by one of them

there are 4 in SA ( privaletly owned ) all sold through holden dealerships
if looking for a picture go to multi media and look for jan cruise sa thread

yes they do look nice ( not being biased at all )

Yeah saw it on carsales or carpoint. Kaos yellow and pretty sure they had like 55 or 58k on it....just flicked over it when i saw the price

Thats devil yellow isnt it, Kaos yellow was more metalic and brighter looking

The one fom down this way was a manual and they said it was kaos yellow,did look a bit different to that one,seemed more brighter
Only had low k's as well
