i cant find where i can put in my avatar? ive looked in the user profile, i can everything else like signiture, but cant find the bit where i can link up my icon ?? anyone able to show me :stupid:

you need a GIF.

GIF's can have a series of frames, with a delay in between each frame. There are dozens of GIF editors around; use google.com or something to find one.
