VZ Monaro/GTO Fuel Filter Location?????

Before everyone says open your eyes... i have had the car up on a hoist and looked in the usual spot, rear above axle, Right and left side. bUt nothing!!! I can not locate it at all nor can my mechanic. Rang Holden and they said what we thought... Above R hand side rear axle. What the? Its not there we have been lookig for about 20 minutes and we cant locate it. AT ALL!!!!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I believe the fuel filter is in the fuel pump (swirl pot) which is in the tank. Sonny posted a thread here a while ago talking about it.

wow, sounds pretty silly if you ask me, how the hell are we supposed to get the fuel filter changed then. My 40,000km service is due and now i cant change the bloody filter. Should i just leave it as is???
